Former Detroit Public School Official and Former Employee Plead Guilty in Michigan
Toni D. Gilbert, a former payroll manager of the Detroit Public Schools(DPS) pled guilty to conspiring with Anton V. Carter, a retired DPS employee, to fraudulently obtain money from the DPS.
