Two Sentenced in Indiana for Mortgage Fraud Crimes

Kevin Lafavers, formerly of Indianapolis, and Donald T. Brown, of Lebanon, Indiana, were sentenced to 33 months and 27 months in prison, respectively, in connection with their participation in a multi-million dollar mortgage fraud scheme operated by Robert Penn in the Indianapolis area.
