Juan Carlos Duran
Between February 2001 and January 2003, the FBI, along with numerous other local, state and federal agencies, conducted an extensive investigation targeting the alleged manufacture and distribution of PCP and other controlled substances by the Ambrose Street Gang in Chicago. Juan Carlos Duran avoided arrest at the time charges were filed.
