Chechen leader sues rights activist over murder claim (Reuters via Yahoo! UK & Ireland News)

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov on Monday started legal procedures to seek 10 million roubles (195,000 pounds) in damages from the head of a Russian human rights group who claimed he ordered the murder of one of its activists.
