David Gutierrez Islas
On April 11, 2006, David Gutierrez Islas was indicted federally for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and firearms offenses by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, Western Division. This was part of a multi-count, multi-defendant drug conspiracy indictment. Islas was arrested based on this indictment, and placed on pre-trial release.
